Home Selling Consultation (HSC)
With over 35 years of combined interior design and home staging experience, we know what it takes to get a home ready for listing. This "walk-and-talk" service is provided by one of our professional stagers who understands what is required to get a home photo-ready.
Service Fee: $150. (1 Hour)

OUR SERVICES
HOW DOES THE STAGING PROCESS WORK?
2. PROPOSAL
Within 24 hours, an ESD representative will contact you to discuss styling plan and budget.

3. AGREEMENT SENT 
Once signed, you are added to our calendar and the work of making selections for your property begins.
4. DELIVERY & SETUP
Our logistics team will wrap, load and deliver your stage flawlessly and with care.
5. DESTAGE
A 7-day notice is requested prior to closing to schedule your destage (move-out).
2-Hour Spruce-Up
We use the furniture and accessories in your home and transform your interior space to make it appeal to the broadest number of potential buyers. This hands-on service is provided by two of our professional stagers who will assist you in de-personalizing and de-cluttering your home.
Service Fee: $250. (2 Hours)

We must be notified no less than 7 working days prior to your scheduled pick-up to avoid a Rush Removal Fee of $500.
